• Female
• With at least 6 months experience as a volunteer staff nurse, probationary staff nurse, contractual staff nurse, staff nurse under RNHEALS NURSE in at least 50 bed capacity hospital in any of the following areas of exposure: medical-surgical ward, ortho, geriatrics, general ward

10. Employment Certificate stating the POSITION, inclusive dates of employment in dd/mm/yy, area of exposures, bed capacity of hospital, work performance, and character references signed by either Nursing Director/Chief Nurse or by Head of Nursing Service
