• Female
• With at least 6 months experience as a volunteer staff nurse, probationary staff nurse, contractual staff nurse, staff nurse under RNHEALS NURSE in at least 500 bed capacity hospital
• Area of exposure - MEDICAL-SURGICAL WARD, ORTHO, GERIATRIC'S, GENERAL WARD

Requirements:

1. Resume with detailed job description to state height/weight/Body Mass Index and state also the number of bed capacity of hospital under work experience
2. Diploma
3. Transcript of Record w/ related learning experience
4. PRC Board Certificate
5. Board Rating with breakdown
6. Valid PRC I.D. License
7. Marriage Contract (if applicable)
8. Passport (valid for more than 2 years
9. 6 pcs. passport sized photos, white background, newly taken
10. Employment Certificate stating the POSITION, inclusive Dates of Employment in dd/mm/yy, area of exposures, bed capacity of hospital, work performance and character reference signed by either Nursing Director/Chief Nurse or by Head of Nursing Service
