Qualifications:
- Male and Female
- Must be 24 to 45 years old
- Must have at least Professional License (passed Board Exam)
- Must have at least 2 years current experience in ICU (Surgical, Neuro, or Cardiac)
- Must be currently working in a hospital with a minimum of 250 beds
- ICU must have a minimum of 8 ventilated beds
